Following the mid-term review of the licences in 2010, ATV and TVB are also required under the new licence requirements to submit annual reports on compliance with the new requirements to provide additional positive programmes (i.e. arts and culture programmes and programmes for senior citizens) or government programmes (Radio Television Hong Kong programmes). |
