Annual Reports on Positive Programmes

  TVB is required under the First and Second Schedules to its licence to submit annual reports on compliance with the requirements to provide six types of positive programmes, i.e. documentary programmes, current affairs programmes, children's programmes, programmes for young persons, programmes for senior citizens and arts and culture programmes. TVB is also required under the Third Schedule to its licence to submit annual reports on compliance with the requirements to provide additional positive programmes (i.e. arts and culture programmes and programmes for senior citizens) or government programmes (Radio Television Hong Kong programmes).
