On 30 March 2015, the Competition Commission (“Commission”) and the Communications Authority (“CA”) published revised versions of the Draft Guidelines (“Revised Draft Guidelines”) under the Competition Ordinance (Cap. 619) (“Ordinance”). The publication of the Revised Draft Guidelines follows careful consideration of the feedback provided by stakeholders on the Draft Guidelines released in October 2014. A guide summarising the approach of the Commission and the CA to preparing the Revised Draft Guidelines and how the key issues raised in submissions from stakeholders were addressed is also available. The period for accepting comments on the Revised Draft Guidelines is now closed.

The Commission will consider any additional comments received when finalising the Guidelines.
