Those who are considering filing a complaint with the Communications Authority concerning a competition issue relating to telecommunications services are advised to read paragraphs 9 to 15 and the Information Checklist in Appendix B of "A Guide on How Complaints Relating to Conduct Prohibited under Sections 7K, 7L, 7N and 7Q of the Telecommunications Ordinance are Handled by the Office of the Communications Authority”.
